Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items.
Returns or refunds are accepted only if the product is defective or damaged during shipping.
If you receive a damaged or defective item (e.g., cracked or broken), you must contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@vivenzaco.co with your order number and clear photo or video evidence of the issue.
If the outer packaging is damaged, please provide photos before opening the package so we can properly assess the claim.
While all items are securely packaged, minor dents, scuffs, or cosmetic dusting may occur during transit and are not considered defects.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after review. We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet the above requirements.
